  • Custom or perishable items (e.g., live plants, water treatments) are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. How to Request a Return
